Paula has owned The Travel Center for over 14 years. The Travel Center, a member office of Frosch, and a Signature Travel agency provides a cadre of business and personal travel services to its diverse and demanding clientele who travel the world. Paula and her team have personally traveled the world so that they can craft the perfect trip for each individual client. Paula cherishes spending time with her husband Dave and 2 children Rebecca and Brendan.
MARIE WRIGHT
Office Manager
Maria is the Travel Center’s office manager. For over twenty years Marie has been honing her organizational skills that she brings to our office. You will often find Marie’s thumbprint on THE TRAVEL CENTERS groups as she does all the backroom management of this important component of our work.
MIKE KLAU
Agent
Mike has been in the travel industry for more than 25 years. For 10 of those years he owned a travel agency in Boston. Mike has traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean, Orient, Africa, parts of Europe and Israel. He enjoys working with his corporate clients, loves booking honeymoons and family vacations. In his free time, Mike loves spending time with his wife Michele, his two children and two grandchildren. He is also very active in Temple life and is a volunteer EMT.
JANET BRILLIANT

I have worked in the travel industry for 21 years and I love my job. I’ve been around the world and there is still plenty of more places to explore!
I enjoy my time with my husband Michael and my beautiful daughter Carly Hope, they are the love of my life. Working at the Travel Center and having Paula Killion as my boss, makes my life COMPLETE.
JEAN O'MEARA
Agent
Has been in the business for over 40 years, and has traveled to many wonderful places. From a safari in Kenya East Africa, to the Andes Mountains of Peru. I have also enjoyed many cruises to the Caribbean, Alaska, Greece and Scandinavia. Born and raised in New England I have skied many mountains in New England, the US Rockies and Canadian Rockies.

Arlene has been a travel counselor for 28 years. For the first 25 years, sitting in the same seat, she worked for Crimson Travel/Thomas Cook/American Express and Milne Travel. Every client is special to her. Nothing makes her happier than a satisfied client, except for her three children, seven grandchildren, and dancing salsa.
HOLLY

Holly has been in the travel industry for more than 43 years (19 years in the airline industry).Holly’s travel experiences have taken her throughout Europe, the Caribbean, Mexico, the United States, including many ocean cruises and Europe river cruising on the Danube, Rhine, and Seine rivers. Recently, Holly became a Certified Autism Travel Professional to work with families with special needs children assisting the families with any travel arrangements necessary to make the family vacation stress free for everyone. Whether your travel needs are for an individual, a couple , or a family, Holly has the experience and knowledge to make your travel experience exceptional. When Holly is not planning vacations for her clients, she loves spending time with her husband Michael, their daughter Rebecca , and their twin granddaughters and grandson
TINA

Tina has been a travel consultant with The Travel Center for over 6 years booking cruises, Disney and all inclusive vacations for families and groups. Tina loves working with Paula and the other Travel Center agents, who with combined experiences have traveled the world! With her love for travel and weddings, her specialty is with Groups and Destination Weddings. When not planning travel memories for her clients, she loves creating travel memories with her family!
SIMONE

With a passion for travel and and a chance meeting with Paula, Simone joined The Travel Center over 7 years ago. Her traveling experience has taken her to Italy, Bermuda, Tahiti, Puerto Rico and all over the Caribbean. Nothing gives her more joy than a happy client and traveling with her son, daughter and grandson!

I have dealt with the people at The Travel Center for about 9 years. During that time, the agents have arranged personal as well as group trips for me. The wedding was beautiful, everything was perfect. The Honeymoon was breathtaking! Unbelievable, absolutely stunning. We were blown away!!! The Hilton Moorea was awesome but Bora Bora was something like a movie. Rebecca and I was speechless. We did the ATV, Jeep safari, and even walked under water...I definitely appreciate everything.
My Brother lives in NH. His only daughter just went off to college in Colorado. I mentioned to him that he should get his daughters flights all set for holidays and breaks sooner than later. He of course was trying to do it himself. I told him he should just use a travel agent it will be worth it. Unbeknownst her referred his ex-wife Melissa Lipman to you and she called me today to thank me. She had asked my brother to help and again unbeknownst to me he gave her your information because he didn’t know what to do. I had no idea what she was referring too. I finally figured it out. She said I believe it was Lauren in your office was amazing. She wanted to fly to Colorado to visit her daughter for parents week and her 50th birthday. His ex-wife who a number of years after their divorce was diagnosed with a devastating disease called Cerebellum Degeneration*. She was a nurse, an amazing athlete filled with energy and vitality. This disease has left her in a wheelchair bound among many other things. Your office was able to get her a flight with her wheelchair, near the bathroom and assistance and so much more. I can’t tell you how amazing you all are. Because you deserve a metal. I am happy to put this on a review for your website.
