With The Travel Center, you can depend on having personalized service, confirmed reservations and optional management reports detailing company-wide expenditures. The Travel Center proudly offers an unparalleled corporate travel program designed to provide a comfortable and confident process in accommodating lodging needs and travel specifications for bustling business travelers.
INDIVIDUAL PROFILE
Corporate travelers are asked to complete a profile form indicating personal preferences, frequent flyer information, etc. This information is then entered into The Travel Center's CRS and is retrieved each time a passenger makes a reservation, allowing us to match preferences with the services available.
FREQUENT FLYER MANAGEMENT
Individual travel profiles list all airline, hotel and car rental company frequent traveler information. This information is automatically provided to the vendor when reservations are made, assuring you the proper credit to your frequent traveler account.
The Travel Center will sign your corporate travelers up for any/all frequent traveler programs in which they are not already enrolled.
CONCIERGE SERVICES
The Travel Center helps our clients manage every aspect of their business travel, including the act of doing business. Our Concierge Services and Business Services help you arrange meeting rooms, audio-visual concerns, faxes and internet connections.
REFUND POLICY ON CANCELLATIONS
Since The Travel Center acts as an agent for the airlines when issuing airline tickets, we must adhere to the airlines' refund guidelines and restrictions. This is also true of hotels and car rental companies, however these companies are often more flexible in their policies. The Travel Center's nominal service fee is non-refundable.
CREDIT CARD MANAGEMENT
The Travel Center's ability to provide reports showing all your travel costs will aid you in the management of your corporate credit cards.
BILLING AND TICKET DISTRIBUTION
Electronic ticketing accounts for 95% of all tickets issued. If your destination requires paper tickets The Travel Center offers free delivery within the Greater Boston area or we will gladly send tickets via the U.S. Postal Service. Use of any overnight delivery is available at a nominal fee, or can be billed directly to your corporate account with that delivery service.
24-HOUR PHONE SERVICE
